On December 11-12, 2014 a scientific conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Academician Vakhtang Beridze was held.
Subjects of the conference included issues of ancient, modern and contemporary architecture and art.
The presentation of Vakhtang Beridze’s book “The History of Georgian Architecture” was held in the frames of the conference. A two volume book dedicated to Georgian architecture was first published and first became available for those who are interested in ancient Georgian architecture. At the same time, in the exhibition hall of the Centre the caricatures executed by Vakhtang Beridze were displayed.
